The Martinez Lake Homeowners' Association (MLHOA) welcomes you to the community and invites you to join our united group. If you own deeded land in the Martinez Lake or Fisher's Landing area this is an organization that you should seriously consider supporting. One voice alone is nothing compared to the roar of the collective voice of this organization. We get involved with the Federal, State and Local Governmental agencies as well as private agencies which have jurisdiction or the potential to pass laws and/or regulations as well as tax assessments which affect our community.
The Martinez Lake Home Owners Association is incorporated in the state of Arizona. Membership is $25 a year with 100% of the money collected used to make our voice heard and our community better for all of us. By supporting the MLHOA there is no time commitment on your part but you are encouraged to give us your input and to get involved to the level you want to.
